Girl of the Week for September 1 is...

Megan!

This is Megan. I've first met her at freshman orientation in August 2000. She has a very addictive personality at first (which Hatter can attest to), but her bubbliness can be like WHOA sometimes. Another weird thing...she always has the hiccups. What's up with that? Last time I checked, Megan was a Radio-Television-Film major, and she's from the exciting city of Albuquerque, New Mexico. She went to military school, isn't that weird? She doesn't seem like the type.

Megan was one of the first visitors to my house. I think she was here before I got the mattress, which was quite a while ago. She actually hasn't attended classes at TCU since the fall of 2001. This semester, she's going to Australia on a study abroad program. That will be lots of fun, I wish I could visit her, but wow, that's some flight. 22 hours, I think. And in the spring of 2002, she had an internship in Los Angeles, and she got to do some cool stuff. For one, she got an extra role on the Fox drama "Boston Public." I watched the episode, and sure enough, there she was. She was also in L.A. for the premiere of Attack of the Clones. The picture below is of her and some friends at Mann's Chinese Theater on Sunset Boulevard. Megan explained they were supposed to be dressed up as the film's characters, hence her Padme Amidala outfit (yeah, that had to be explained to me; I don't think I would have figured it out myself.) And oh yes, that short guy in the middle? Yeah, that's Elijah Wood. Very cool.
