| Girl
of the Week is...
Lisa, much like me, was a misplaced Texan in Flower Mound. She grew up in Florida, and unlike me, retreated to her roots for college. Currently, she attends the University of Florida, where both her parents went to school. She's also the first Girl of the Week who isn't single!! Sorry boys, she's off limits.
Lisa and Barry
Lisa technically didn't live in Flower Mound, she lived in the neighboring city of Highland Village, but that's still Marcus territory, so we went to high school together. My favorite classes that I took with her were senior AP English (with Ms. Garcelon...best class, I recommend) and...wow, that's all I can remember.
Lisa in high school In high school, Lisa played on the tennis team. I guess she was fairly good, I do remember her missing a lot of class for "tennis tournaments." I should have joined the team. One year, she was going to be my date to a banquet, but she pulled out due to sickness, or at least that's what she told me. I took her best friend Ali Owens instead...I sure hope Lisa was jealous. Lisa is also a very cool girl because she has her own website! Although it hasn't been updated in several months, she's the only girl I know with her own personal site. Check it out for more Lisa pictures and information about her not included on this page. During her freshman year, she rowed for the UF women's crew team. I'm not sure if she still does row, but in a regional/national meet, she ran into Andrew Lund, who was also doing the freshman crew team thing. Very random, what are the odds you're at a national crew tournament and you see a high school friend? Very rare.
